Our network software is fast and efficient and can easily be modified to accommodate your demanding needs for both data entry and reporting purposes. We have designed it so that the data-entry staff hired for your event can learn it quickly and have also built in hundreds of safeguards and error checks in order to ensure data integrity.

We have been told over-and-over by both show managers and data-entry personnel across the country that our on-site software is exceptionally easy to learn and use. On the other side of the counter, the registrants are always surprised how short a time the registration process takes.

Tired of reconciling monies back at the office? Our onsite system can authorize credit card transactions (US and CDN funds) immediately during the registration process. Our end of day reconciliation program will nail down your transactions to the terminal level.

We are not ones for surprises and do not take chances. Our pre-show process includes testing all the equipment and printers once we have the onsite area wired and running.

The system is run through a number of tests including a test that will simulate the data entry process at every terminal.
